I haven't seen too many of these here in California, but I do thing that Monogram Aisle Runners really add a lot of style and class to the overall wedding ceremony decor, and mood.

Anyway, the above photo is just an example. I'm not particularly fond of the colors, but you get the idea from it.
I've seen a few weddings here in the Central Valley with a monogrammed aisle runner, and one that stands out in my mind particulary was for a wedding with all black and white colors. It was really pretty, and the monogram aisle runner was all black, but with white lettering of the couple's initials on it in the middle.
I can remember that the couple also had matching monogrammed banners upfront at the ceremony site (one on each side), with the couple's initials on them as well.
I think the only "color" the couple had for their wedding other than black and white was red and white roses for their bouquets, and flower baskets, centerpieces, etc.
